Our vision
Young people can actively lead practical sustainability change in their schools and communities.
About Sprout for Change
A youth organisation built around action.
Founded in 2026 by a group of secondary school students, S4C believes young people should not only learn about environmental issues—they should lead change themselves.
Who we are
Sprout for Change is a student-led, nonprofit sustainability organisation based in Hong Kong.
We exist to raise awareness of sustainability among young people and equip them with the knowledge, confidence and support to adopt and lead practical eco-actions in their daily lives, schools and communities.
We are still at the beginning of that work. Our first priority is to share useful knowledge, build trust and connect with young people who want environmental action to feel possible and relevant.
Our mission
To turn sustainability awareness into practical, everyday action among young people in Hong Kong.
Our approach
Build the community.
Then grow the action.
Build the community
Build visibility and trust through regular content, begin small collaborations and develop an engaged community of supporters.
Turn awareness into action
Design and lead eco-habit campaigns, sustainability initiatives, collaborations and community activities such as workshops.
Young people should have the knowledge, confidence, opportunities and support to lead change themselves.
